How Our Cylinder Exchange & Repair Program Works
To ensure smooth processing and high-quality results, all cylinders submitted for exchange or repair must have studs, pins, and anodes removed. Each cylinder is inspected for core integrity, and any issues such as stripped threads, broken bolts, or welding needs will incur additional charges. Ports must remain stock and untouched for exchange eligibility.
Cylinder Exchanges
- Check Inventory – Contact us to see if we have your cylinder in stock. We maintain a robust inventory of cylinders for common models, though occasionally items may be unavailable.
- Submit Cylinder – Fill out the provided form and send it in with your cylinder.
- Inspection & Quote – We inspect your cylinder and contact you with a price for the exchange.
- Receive Your Cylinder – Once processed, your cylinder is shipped back promptly and ready to install.
Cylinder Repairs
- Submit Cylinder – Fill out the form and send in your cylinder for repair.
- Inspection & Quote – We evaluate your cylinder and provide a repair quote.
- Repair & Payment – Once repairs are complete, you will receive an invoice. After payment is received, we ship your cylinder back.
- Turnaround Time – Normal repair turnaround is approximately three weeks.
Repair & Exchange Pricing
- Cylinder plating: $225.00 + shipping
- Cylinder welding & plating: $275.00 + shipping
- Additional charges for broken bolts, stripped threads, or other damages are quoted after inspection.
